I've also looked in to Selfridges Food Hall, and found some brief visitor information on the Selfridges site on what the food market has to offer. All manner of edible treats can be found in the feast fest that's Selfridges Food Hall. The larder of London's Selfridges department store. The food hall is famed for it's range and quality which varies from vitamin rich raw foods to sugar sweet cupcakes. there are hard to find foods like American cake bake mixes sold alongside Syrian spices and biltong specialist counters, including the beautifully laid out cheese choices, fresh spaghetti from the deli counter and an indulgent ice cream parlour which you'll find next to the oyster bar. Eat in at the yo sushi concession or pull up a pew at the brass rail bar for salt beef sandwiches and bagels. Square pie, Lola's bakery and Monmouth coffee are just some of the well known suppliers providing us with delicacies to drool over.

Harrods Food Hall.
So, whilst I'm planning out where's best to visit on my trip to London, i thought i would research big department stores and see what their food halls look like. I've also found some bits of information about Harrods itself that i found interesting and something to look forward to. Harrods is considered the world's best department store, located in Knightsbridge, London. The store is spread over seven floors and is worth a visit just for architecture and interior design. Everyone can afford to buy something, even if it's something small from the food hall. (this part i found slightly demeaning) The opening times of the main store: Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 11:300am-6pm. Selected Food Halls: Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 11:30am-6pm. Browsing only between 11:30-12 noon on Sundays.
I found parts of this information off the Harrods website.

Research into London!!!!
OK, so we got given the still life brief today, it's about seeing food as an art form and collaborating it with accessories. I am really excited to delve in and see what i create, however i am confused with aspects of the brief, so I'm going to start by researching into galleries and food halls in London and coming up with an itinerary for the trip.
